Add bundled yt-dlp.exe and ffmpeg.exe to the repo

Stop ignoring resources/bin/*.exe and commit the binaries so clones are self-contained (no manual binary drop needed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
